Kitchen Island Arcade Center

Hey guys - this is the only forum i've found so far so I thought i'd try at least.

I have a blank kitchen island I would like to turn into an arcade center. it's on wheels so i want it to be wheelable with an exxtension cord. LCD under a glass counter linked to a computer, probably with two xgaming solo joysticks. thats the easy parts.

the hard part - can I have it split screen so players would face each other? kinda like the old pacman bartables were played? head-to-head style?

if not, any other options?
