Colour of clock on sleep function

Hi, the clock on the sleep function used to be purple. It is now white which is too bright. Does anyone know how to change it? Thanks.

You should be able to change the color of the clock by swiping left or right while the clock is active.

can it be turned off completely? I used to be able to let my phone go to sleep mode and it would be black...now I have to hit the sleep button manually.
