BB Crashed - Had to Reinstall OS

My Curve 8900 crashed and I had to re-install the OS. I got it up and running again, but all my apps were wiped from the phone ... including 2 White Noise apps I purchased.

Is there a way to get credit for the purchases and redownload them without having to repurchase them? (I have the PayPal receipts.)

If not and I have to buy them a second time, is there something I can do differently when downloading them to protect them if it happens again? Is it possible to save the installation file on the media card? Or are there settings in the BB Desktop Manager that will allow the apps to be included in the save when I back my phone up?

No problem, just go to my world on the app world application. Make sure you login to paypal via the menu and you'll see all the apps you paid for. You can then download without repurchase. Cheers, todd

Thanks for your reply. Once I followed your instructions, I didn't have any problems retrieving the apps. I appreciate the help!
