no sound

I just installed White Noise on my BB Curve and it will not play any sound. Sound works on other apps. What do I do?

Here are some general tips you can try within White Noise:

1. Increase volume all the way up
2. Click the S key to force speaker mode
3. Check the menu if sound is really playing as it will say "Pause Sound" instead of "Play Sound".

If it never says pause sound then there is another issue. Also check your application permissions and let me know if your phone is using a corporate security policy.

What firmware version are you using?
Does Media Player play songs without issue?

I'm not sure when you say firmware version. But, my newest BB software version is 4.5.0.138 platform 3.4.0.30
All my other sounds seem to work with videos, recordings, etc.
