quiet sound on bb storm

I just downloaded White Noise on my storm and the sound is barely audible. I have seen where the S key activates the speaker but I dont have a physical keyboard and when I pull up the keyboard it doesnt do anything. How can I make the sound louder?

The Storm has volume controls on the side of the phone. This is how you adjust the volume. The speaker should be the default but if it is not then bring up the keyboard in landscape mode and click S. You can also verify it isn't a hardware issue by using the media player and comparing sound volumes. Cheers

I had turned the volume all the way up and that didn't change it. I know the speaker works because I use it all the time. And I did pull the keyboard up and press the s key but it didn't change anything. The only key that did anything was t
