BlackBerry Storm 2 White Noise gets LOUD at 2:00 a.m.

I have a Verizon BlackBerry Storm 2. After I upgraded I am having a problem with the sound. Each night at exactly 2:00 a.m. Eastern Time, my white noise volume goes to its LOUDEST setting. I even downloaded the Lite version, but it does it too. It does it on White Noise and the Clock and 2 others. HELP. I love the program, but being awakened at 2 a.m. defeats the purpose.

This is not behavior we have experienced and I can say we do not have any logic that specifies changing of volume at 2am. With that said, lets try a couple things:

1. Disable the VRepeat feature by clicking ! on the keyboard. This was a workaround for bad firmware for storm 1 verizon users.

2. Check your task manager and see if you have another application that is running in the background that maybe is changing your master volume level. Shut down all background apps and just run white noise and see if it still does it.
