Downloaded Whitenoise twice

Hi, I downloaded Whitenoise and the application did not show up anywhere on my Blackberry. It was paid through Paypal and deducted out of my bank account. I tried everything I could to get it to install but it didn't show up in the Blackberry appworld so I downloaded it again and it deducted the 2.99 from Paypal again. Everything worked after the second install :D

How can I get reimbursed from the first Whitenoise install? I went through Paypal and asked for a reimbursement but I haven't had a reply yet and the claim is about to expire.

Please contact BlackBerry App World support / Digital River. They handle billing and will give your a refund if you bought the same application twice (which shouldn't be possible if you used the same PayPal account). If this happens again, you should be able to login to My World on App World and see purchased applications for reinstall.

It sends me an auto reply and I did everything it says already.

The Paypal address has been the same and the application never showed up the first time though I was charged anyway. I downloaded the application a second time and was charged again on the same Paypal account. This is very frustrating.

I understand your frustration but there is nothing we can do to resolve bugs within the BlackBerry AppWorld application. You have to contact BlackBerry to resolve these matters. The following links should help:
