Alternatives for re-installing white noise

I purchased white noise for my Blackberry then recently had to get a new device. I followed the advise given in the forum to re-install the program on my new device, but it does not work. I am stuck at the point where I log into PayPal. Nothing shows up under my purchases except those purchases made on this new phone; the old phone purchases dont show. Please help with information on any other methods to reinstall white noise without having to buy it again. Thanks!

You need to contact BlackBerry App world tech support. Sounds like a bug on their end. Cheers
