White Noise Problem

I have the AT&T Pure (HTC phone) with WinMo 6.5. It plays with no problem. However, once the timer stops, ALL sound is turned off somehow. Therefore, my alarm to wake up the next morning does not work. I do not even get sound when I press the volume button up and down. I have not found a way to get sound to start again without rebooting. I even try restarting the timer on the White Noise and it says its playing but you can't hear it. I have tried just closing the White Noise program and there is still no sound. Any ideas on how to fix this? I won't be able to use this program if this continues. I need my alarm in the mornings!

Once i also faced this type of problem and then i just switch off my handset and then it became same means it got in its right position.
