alarm

Could someone tell me how to totally disable the alarm on TM soft white noise (the paid version). I though I had cancelled it but the alarm went off at 0500 this past Sat and Sun. Help! When I go to the alarm, all i have it alarm sound, start and close....I thought I had turned it off, and it ended up going off anyway early both mornings!!! So frustrating! Would so much appreciate help in this matter

Do you see an alarm icon and a status message at the top of main screen? In the timer view do you see any timers that are switched ON? I would also check the apple clock application and make sure there are no enabled alarms. The timer system in white noise always displays the next timer event, so if you are viewing a regular sound (not playlist) it should tell you if there is an alarm or other timer that will occur.

This is a Droid X. In the status bar of white noise I see the alarm, however, I thought it was turned off but still alarmed. I finally figured that "no sound" meant alarm off, right? Anyway, I find it VERY confusing. Thanks for your suggestion. Is there a place that has instructions on how exactly this all works for White Noise app?

Opps sorry thought this was for iPhone. 'No sound' will stop white noise from playing the sound at a certain time. All you should have to do is press the Stop button from the alarm tab if there is an active alarm. That should stop the alarm from triggering. If this is not the case for you then please let us know! ~Todd
