How do I get a refund?!?

Hey out there. I purchased the White Noise Life Edition almost 2 months ago and have done resets, re-installs, re-boots, held buttons, volume up/down, re-downloads, and even brought it to a Sprint store to have them test the phone. The phone works fine, which means the app is junk. I know it's only $2, but If i paid $2 for a movie and it didn't work, I would get my money back or get a credit of some kind. How do I get a refund for this junk?!

Please contact blackberry as it is a bug in their firmware. The more people that report it the quicker it will get solved. You can also contact App World for a refund as they are in charge of distribution and purchasing of apps.
