Cork Board

I downloaded Cork Board and installed it on my iPhone and iPad. I have written a note on my iPhone, but it's not syncing on my iPad. I went right into the app. I never asked me to register. I have an icloud account and it's turned on on both devices. How can i get the note to sync on both devices?
